How It Works

Each inmate is assigned a personal, secure user number and password by the prison service.

Upon request, inmates can add approved phone numbers to their account, which they will always be able to call.

Each user account has phone credit that can be topped up in several ways:
– Through the prison service office
– During visitation
– Via various approved payment services
– Online via our ACcharge payment terminal
All you need to top up is the inmate’s user number.
